Minimum purchase requirement of $125.00. Please read the RULES page for detailed information. THE MILITARY MAN IS NOT A RETAIL OPERATION and occasional back orders do happen. If you cannot wait for your back order to be filled, call our office and we will cancel the back order and refund the difference on your order. All sales are considered final. In general we do not accept returns for anything other than defective product. We will accept returns within 10 calendar days for any manufacturing defect at no cost to our customer. We will not accept soiled, washed or product used in any manner. A return authorization must be obtained by emailing sales@themilitaryman.com prior to returning items. Any order accepted for return is subject to a 25% restocking fee. In the case of an exchange the customer will pay freight
