RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

TERMS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. No open accounts. International shipments are subject to following terms and conditions: Prepaid wire transfer, 50% with order confirmation; balance due prior to shipment.

PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods shipped at prices in effect at time of shipping. Due to the fact that prices are subject to change without notice, purchases prices in error are not legally binding. Typograhpical errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

SHIPPING

All clothing shipments are made from Marietta, Ga. USA manufacturing warehouse. All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested.

RETURNS & CLAIMS

Absolutely no returned merchandise accepted without prior approval from our office. Please call or email a request so a return authorization number or UPS call tag can be issued. All merchandise returned without prior approval can and will be refused. An authorization to return merchandise is not an approval for credit. All goods are subject to inspection. All returns are expected to be in an as-shipped condition. Do not send any returns to our office, the return will be refused. You will be charged for any related freight. Any and all claims must be made within 10 calendar days of receipt of goods. All claims not meeting these terms will be denied. Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods. All claims (shortages, pricing errors or shipping errors) should be via phone call to our office or via email to insure proper credit. We will not accept merchandise that has been laundered or soiled in any way. The return of non-defective merchandise is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All exchanges are charged $25 to cover freight/handling and must be prepaid.

FREIGHT CLAIMS

All claims for merchandise lost and/or damaged in transit must be made to the delivering carrier, no exceptions. Damaged or unsealed cartons must be noted upon receipt from carrier. We are not responsible for damage, loss or pilferage in transit.

ORDERING

It remains the responsibility of the buyer to comply with any local, state or federal and international regulations and / or laws governing the sale of any item purchased from The Military Man aka themilitaryman.com. Minimum Domestic order: $125.00, Minimum international order: $1000.00 Any order less than the minimum is subject to denial. Any order cancelled after processing is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

BACK-ORDERS

Items out of stock totaling $50.00 or more will be placed on back-order and held for 60 days. Please re-order after that time. A "NO Back-Order" policy is available on request .

If you do not feel you cannot comply or accept these rules, do not place an order.

Please note that themilitaryman.com is a wholesale military clothing and accessory supplier/distributor and in general does not accept returns for anything other than defective product. We will accept returns within 10 calendar days for any manufacturing defect at no cost to our customer. We will not accept soiled, washed or product used in any manner. A return authorization must be obtained by emailing sales@themilitaryman.com prior to returning items. Any order accepted for return is subject to a 25% restocking fee. In the case of an exchange the customer will pay freight. All products are manufactured to the highest standards. Minimum purchase requirement of $125.00. If you cannot wait for your backorder to be filled, call our office and we will cancel the backorder and refund the difference on your order. All sales are final.
