Return Policy

Please note that themilitaryman.com is a wholesale military clothing and accessory distributor and in general does not accept returns for anything other than defective product. We will accept returns within 10 calendar days for any manufacturing defect at no cost to our customer. We will not accept soiled, washed or product used in any manner.

A return authorization must be obtained by emailing sales@themilitaryman.com prior to returning items. Any order accepted for return is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Absolutely no exchanges after 10 calendar days. In the case of an exchange the customer will pay freight. All products are manufactured to the highest standards. Minimum purchase requirement of $125.00. Please read the RULES page for detailed information. THE MILITARY MAN IS NOT A RETAIL OPERATION and occasional backorders do happen. If you cannot wait for your backorder to be filled, call or email our office and we will cancel the backorder and refund the appropriate difference on your order.
